Story #34 of 50 days, 50 Stories Campaign
——————————————————————————————————————————————————————

The second wave of COVID-19 is receding, and it is promising to see many transplant centers starting work up for BMTs.

During your interaction with the team, I am sure you are often curious about what your trusted Blood Stem Cell partner is up to, what motivates us, what direction we are taking the organization to, and what you can expect from us in the future.

If there is a one-word answer to all these questions, it would simply be – Life-Saving on high quality. We have all experienced how satisfying quality performance can be, whether from a tradesman, a chef, or a doctor. Therefore, all of us at DATRI are determined to deliver a consistent, quality experience every step of the way, from search requests to CT to IDMs to work up and final product delivery. And when things do go wrong, we want to ensure that you can communicate quickly and seamlessly with us.

DATRI’s growth story is a powerful one, and we are proud to be a part of it for the past eleven years. This story needs to be amplified by India’s Never-say-die attitude. Therefore, when waiting for the lockdown to ease, the team stepped up and delivered hope to domestic patients and international ones.

At DATRI, we looked at our processes. We modified them as per the need of the situation focussing on Donor and employee safety and delivery of promise for a product. We want to build an outstanding registry – analyzing and improving every touchpoint: as a result, our delivery during the pandemic is already being recognized amongst the transplant community and the other registries.

I am pleased to mention that we were recognized at the WMDA annual conference for making donations happen during the pandemic.

However, given the vagaries of this pandemic, the various state governments’ lockdown and unlock manual misses the technical glitches. We sometimes need to come up with a Plan B to address your needs and the needs of the patients, which is why we are now focusing heavily on enhancing timely communication with all our partners across multiple touchpoints.

Excellent service is impossible without a fully engaged and dedicated workforce. At DATRI, we are truly blessed to have a highly committed and high-performance employee culture. Our employees are the central pillar of our strength and enable us to transform our vision and dream into reality.

If you have not sent us a search request in the past, now is an excellent time to start. We would appreciate hearing from you and what you think of our team and services if you are a regular.  Please connect with us.
