    Senior Associate / Manager – Fundraising & Donor Recruitment

    Location: Kochi, Kerala
    Work Mode: Remote
    Reporting To: National Head
    Experience: 4–8 Years
    Compensation: As per market standards

    Languages: Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage)

    About the Role

    DATRI Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry is looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to drive fundraising initiatives and donor recruitment efforts across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, mobilizing resources, and expanding DATRI’s donor registry to support its mission of saving lives through stem cell donation.

    Key Responsibilities
     
    Fundraising
    • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with DATRI’s mission and organizational goals.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities to build a sustainable fundraising pipeline.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with Corporates (CSR), Trusts, Foundations, HNIs, and individual donors.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure funding support.
    • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives across online and offline platforms.
    • Collaborate with industry associations, business networks, and community organizations to achieve fundraising targets.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective donor engagement and stewardship.
    Donor Recruitment
    • Identify opportunities and generate leads for donor recruitment campaigns across corporates, colleges, healthcare institutions, clubs, and community groups.
    • Conduct awareness sessions and presentations to educate and encourage voluntary donor registrations.
    • Ensure all donor recruitment activities comply with DATRI standards, protocols, and quality guidelines.
    • Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to expand donor recruitment outreach.
    • Coordinate campaign logistics, including sample collection and shipment to the Head Office.
    • Develop, engage, and manage a network of DATRI volunteers to support donor recruitment activities.
    • Maintain accurate records and update leads, campaigns, and donor information in Zoho CRM.
    Reporting & Performance Management
    • Track and report fundraising and donor recruitment activities on a regular basis.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present performance updates to the National Head.
    • Monitor targets and implement corrective actions to ensure goals are achieved.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 4–8 years of experience in Fundraising, CSR Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Donor Recruitment, or Non-Profit Management.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience in engaging corporates, trusts, foundations, educational institutions, and community organizations.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
