Giving Back to Society

DATRI had conducted a Blood Stem Cell Donor recruitment campaign inside Personiv premises in 2018 and 141 employees signed up as potential Blood Stem Cell Donors at that time. In continuation to supporting the lifesaving cause, our employees participated in DATRI Get Sporty & Gift a Life event in September 2020. This virtual event was conducted to create awareness on DATRI’s cause and raise funds to register blood stem cell donors. Our employees took part in various activities like walking, cycling, running, suryanamaskars, pushups and planks.

In total, 1125 Personiv employees from various locations across the globe took part in this event. This virtual event at the time of Covid pandemic helped our employees in Coimbatore – India, Manila – Philippines and Austin – USA, stay fit and also be engaged even during the work from home situation.

Personiv as an organization is known for its ‘giving-back to the community’ activities. Employee volunteering and engagement is encouraged. The social service activities cover installation of solar panels to educating Tribal Hamlet kids to setting up shelter homes for underprivileged.
